For most New Zealand homes, we recommend a house wash every 6 to 12 months. If you're near the coast or in a high-humidity area, mould and algae build up faster, so more often is better.
Yes, when it's done correctly. We assess the surface before we start and choose the right method. Delicate cladding, timber and painted surfaces get a soft wash, hard surfaces get pressure.
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to blast away dirt, great for concrete paths and driveways. Soft washing uses low pressure and biodegradable solutions for delicate surfaces like cladding.
Beyond looking great, regular washing removes mould, mildew, algae and lichen that cause long-term damage to your cladding and paintwork. It's a lot cheaper than repainting.
No, you don't. We work outside, so as long as we can access the exterior of the property, you're good. We'll let you know when we arrive and when we're done.
