A thorough, detailed clean that removes all dust, debris and construction residue, leaving the property ready for use. Internally we cover walls, ceilings, floors, skirtings, windows, living areas, bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. Externally we handle windows, glass partitions, cladding and gutters.
Do you do both internal and external?
Yes. Internal covers walls, ceilings, living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms and floors. External covers dusting and washing glass partitions, cladding and gutters (not the roof itself). Extra exterior work can be quoted separately.
Do I need a sparkle clean on top?
No. We aim to be the last team in, so a separate sparkle clean isn't necessary. If you'd like a final touch-up after other trades, we offer a discounted return visit.
How do you price a builders clean?
It's based on property size, the scope (internal vs external), the level of dust and debris, and any extras like concrete removal or detailing. We provide a custom quote so pricing is fair and accurate.
Can you quote off floor plans?
Yes, we can quote from floor plans. For larger projects (300sqm+) we recommend an on-site visit so we can assess exactly what's needed.
How far ahead should we book?
We recommend one to two weeks to lock in your preferred date. Got something urgent? We'll do our best to fit you in based on availability.
Do you do after-hours or weekends?
Yes. We offer after-hours and weekend cleans to keep your project on schedule, whether that's an early start, a late finish or a weekend service.
