Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked and professionally trained. Experienced, reliable and committed to top-quality work.
Do I supply cleaning products?
No, we bring our own professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you've got specific products you'd like us to use, we're happy to.
What if a guest leaves a mess or damage?
Our team inspects after each stay. Anything excessive or damaged gets documented with photos and reported to you straight away, so you can action it with Airbnb or the guest.

Lucia and the team did a great job on our flat when we were moving out. They were quick and thorough and kept up great communication throughout. After the clean was completed our property manager noticed there were some small things missed - as we had already left the city we were worried this would be a problem. But Lucia replied to us immediately to let us know that the team would be sent back to complete the clean. Within an hour and a half, we received photos of the finished areas.
