Which areas do you cover for Airbnb cleaning?
Auckland only. Our short-stay turnover crews cover Auckland city, the North Shore, West Auckland and South Auckland. We do not take Airbnb turnovers outside Auckland. Our home and commercial cleaning still covers the Waikato and Bay of Plenty, so give us a bell on 0800 890 134 and we will sort you out.
Do you clean Airbnbs in Auckland?
Yes. Our Auckland team turns around short-stays and holiday homes across the CBD, North Shore, West Auckland and South Auckland, guest-ready between check-out and check-in.
Can you handle same-day back-to-back turnovers?
Yes. We have dedicated teams for same-day turnovers, so the property's ready and your next guests check in on time.
What does an Airbnb clean include?
A full turnover: kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and sanitised, beds remade with fresh linen, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted and wiped, bins emptied, and the place checked and presented for the next guest. Check-out photos go up after every clean, and anything broken, worn or not working is reported the day we find it, with a photo.
Do you restock toiletries, tea and coffee?
Yes, if you want them. Guest amenities like toiletries, toilet paper, tea and coffee are optional and priced separately, and we restock what you have added at each turnover.
Can you handle linen and laundry?
Yes, through linen hire. Sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and tea towels are hired per clean and commercially laundered between every stay. We can't wash your own linen, and you supply the mattress and pillow protectors.
Are your cleaners background-checked and trained?
Yes. Our crews are vetted, background checked and professionally trained. Experienced, reliable and committed to top-quality work.
Do I supply cleaning products?
No, we bring our own professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you've got specific products you'd like us to use, we're happy to.
What if a guest leaves a mess or damage?
Our team inspects after each stay. Anything excessive or damaged gets documented with photos and reported to you straight away, so you can action it with Airbnb or the guest.

Lucia and the team did a great job on our flat when we were moving out. They were quick and thorough and kept up great communication throughout. After the clean was completed our property manager noticed there were some small things missed - as we had already left the city we were worried this would be a problem. But Lucia replied to us immediately to let us know that the team would be sent back to complete the clean. Within an hour and a half, we received photos of the finished areas. So impressed with this service and would highly recommend!
